I admire your enthusiasm and appreciate you reaching out to offer a helping hand. Native Gaming Australia was a side project of mine I started years ago when I felt Warband was at severe risk of fading away into abandonware.

I threw up these servers out of my pocket to provide the community with a playing field to still enjoy the game... at least until Bannerlords came out.

I have since become an admin on a new community known as Lords of Calradia. You will find it better resourced and far more active than Native Gaming Australia.

Dear admin of NG_AUS_DM,
I am interested in becoming an admin, I am active almost every day afternoon and evening. It has been a my passion to grow the Australian and New Zealand Warband and later on maybe Bannerlord community.

Reasons on why I should become an admin:

1. As everyone know the server is literally 90% dead, people don't play on the server, you know why? It is because no one it currently playing on the server and they are bored of waiting for others to join the game, thus my friends and I will be on almost everyday making others join the server.

2. Secondly as I mentioned I am very active, including I have been an admin for other servers on games such as CSGO and Minecraft etc. Hence I have experience on managing the whole server.

I would like to conclude with saying that I really have high hopes for this server and growing the community of warband, if I am able to get a chance I would be honored and I am sure I wont let you down.

1. I'm very pre-occupied with work and other commitments. I don't have much time to play games.

2. What for? This game servers are dead 95% of the day and the server mod/settings are self-managed.

3. Not until you meet this condition: For every complaint you make, you must offer 3 different solutions to resolve it. You must offer these solutions without making any snide, sarcastic or insuating remarks. These solutions must be backed up with concrete evidence to support it. Further to this, you must also assess the short and long term effects of enacting each solution. These solutions can't be other people's ideas and heresay also does not count as evidence.
