Welcome to the Napoleonic War Tier. A group that will keep track of the status of each nation that wishes to join in on a Napoleonic War based Tier. Basically what we do is we make a map of the Napoleonic War time period and we set in the accurate borders for that nation. Then through games territories can be won or lost. Once a nation is completely gone through these deciding battles on games their name is removed from the list of active nations for that time period and the borders will be updated accordingly.
