The New California Republic (NCR) is a federal constitutional republic, in California with holdings in Nevada, and Mexico founded in 2196. The capital city of the New California Republic is a town that is known as Shady Sands. The Republic is dedicated to restoring order and progress to the Wasteland, as well as pre-war U.S values such as democracy, liberty, the rule of law. All these things make the NCR very similiar to Pre-war America, but a little different. As of early 2220, the total population was around 6.7 million people. In terms of political influence, economical power and population, the NCR is the largest and the most powerful faction in the world of Fallout, and it maintains the largest standing army. In 2241, the Republic consisted of 5 states - Shady Sands (Capital), Boneyard (Los Angeles), Maxson, The Hub, and Dayglow. By the year 2281 the NCR extended its holdings into the Mojave Wasteland and Baja.

Self proclaimed "monarchs", from Steam Role-Play galaxy #31. Have banned together to form a cheap knock-off of the United Nations. To help each other assert their opressive role over their people! While at the same time make them feel justified as rulers. The people under the yoke of these Fascist despots will be liberated! From their chains put on them by people of lesser values, and morals! In fact it is collaspeing in on itself due to its leaders constantly fighting for control over land! Aside from the warmongers, my absense has been due to my commanding in the frontline against the Legion. And other forces from a Variety of Steam R-P Galaxies. Who seek my exile, and destruction of all good acts I have brought, to the gamers of Steam. I must continue to preserve, and spread the ideals of the Austrian Revolution!

Any Role-Playing group with a "Monarch". Will not be recognized by the NCR. The age of Imperialism is dead. And any self-claimed "monarch" is to be considered a terrorist, and outlaw. Who must and will be overthrown by the people!

they either need to give us more base points or give the intellegence atribute better to we get more points than just the like 9 we get if our intellgence is at 7
