Progress update!

As you sure now, I've been slacking on the development of MortensRP.

But these last 3-4 days, I've been working faster on the mod, than I've done before.

I've added model selection, possibility to setup entire buildings instead of just single doors, jails, setting bank positions, arrest stick, issuing fines, etc.

And I'll work whenever I find room for it.
