Spawn Protection and Anticamp

I have added a 3 second pants protection to all players, so you can't killed 3 seconds after spawn. New is also a anticamp. After 3 warnings you get punished for camping.

- You got 3 warnings than --> 999 Deaths added to your scoreboard, no Ammo, no nades, health reduced to 1, falldamage added, perks removed. First time you got 3 warnings after this, you got this always after 1 warning/ camping again.
