Today, I shall put and keep #Mindcheck in my name. A week ago, I was feeling like ♥♥♥♥. I mean to the point that I was having unpleasant thoughts. But what keeps me here, is telling myself that the "easy way out" would only hurt and cause pain to so many people I know. People who love me.

I've had times of depression before. It's not easy. You just want to stay in a bad mood sometimes because it's easier to just do so.

So, I feel that keeping this tag in my name will help remind me that I need to just really get my ♥♥♥♥ together sometimes and think about the positives. Again, it's very easy to think about the negatives, but I'm going to try and do what it takes to keep me out of that funk.
