Hi, I have made a new bukkit server and it currently has 20 slots. It is not whitelisted and to move up a rank all you have to do is become a member on my website http://www.minecraft-ultracraft.enjin.com. There is a lot of cool plugins and sometimes vanilla is just not enough.
