Bandicam? that program stinks really, rubbish. But i would recommend fraps/dxtory and for editing you can start off just by using MovieMaker but if you get big/have some spare money (do not throw away your money becouse you think your videos's get more views by a better editing program, it is mostly just there to make your live easyer, as is seen by etho) consider getting into the sony editing programs. i use After Effects, but would not reccomend it since it is very hard to learn and not made for editing.
