I've written out a roughdraft of a symbol we could use, if you would like to see message me your email.

You might want to scan it first, Just in case :p

1 Barbarian- recruits, battlfield cannon fodder
2 Warrior/Archer- The hardened soldiers of the squad (Can order barbarian recruits, but can't order barbarians to do their job or give them any sort of authoritive power)
3 Warlord/Marksmen- Squad leaders (Can give authoritive power to the people of their squad and can recommend soldiers for squad leader promotions)
4 champions- the generals of the battlefield (decide if a soldier is worthy of captain promotion (Needs atleast 2 recommendations, if they tell you to spawnkill your allies... Do it)
5 the dumbass telling you what to do- deals punishments... Don't dissobey or he will be knee deep in your ass...
