RULE BOOK:

RULE 1 YOU MUST HAVE A GREEN HAT/MISC TO JOIN.
Examples are
A Color Similar to Slate, Zepheniah's Greed, Drably Olive, Indubitably Green, The Bitter Taste of Defeat, Lime AND SOMETIMES, A Mann's Mint DEPENDING ON THE HAT/MISC.
And yes superfans count for obvious reasons

RULE 2 PLEASE DON'T BE RUDE & NO DISSING OF AN IRISHMANS ATTIRE
not every one has a lime bmoc

RULE 3 you can buy Donator on the server for 1key or 1key worth of superfans or green hats
It lasts 3 months, it includes all donator perks (no ranks)
however the more you pay the more items you receive back
1 key = Donator Perks for 3 months
2 key = Bi-Annual Visitor (includes 6 months and a free superfan)
3 key = Almost here all year (includes superfan and green paint)
4 key = Year long stay (1 year of Donator along with the superfan, green paint, and your choice of scout cosmetic)
