For people that almost made it to 100M
For people that almost made it to 100M


"We have been through a lot together and I know some of you didn't get the dream 100M, but you know what, there would be no 100M badge if the community didn't show determination and commitment, collaboration and teamwork!!!

We showed Valve that we can. So they let us try. Some made it, some didn't... It happens. ༼つ ◕_◕ ༽つ PRAISE GOLD HELM༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ and may GabeN be with you, my loyal teammates."



I know it’s disappointing to be so close yet so far, but remember it’s not that bad to have the 1mil badge.
-You already got the maximum 200xp out of the badge.
-You got the second best badge.
-Even 1M badge is rare in between people who didn't team up.
-You had a great time while doing this
-Only 1-2 people out of 1500 decided to stand out and ruin the game.

Just so you know, many of our staff didn't get the 100M badge until the very last few days. We didn't do what we did for selfish gain. Till the very end everyone was still trying hard to get you guys to 100M. Every time a room ends at 90m+ and didn't reach 100M, all of us cried a little.

It's been a long week. 12 days of lack of sleep and intense stress, things were overlooked, mistakes were made. Trolls are a real threat, just go to 4chan and you would see that they are after our heads. Every move we made had to be coordinated, and some just didn't work out the way we hoped.

Thank you for doing this for us. I was happy and content with level 35000 until I realised there was so much more to the game. Without yall I wouldn't have come close to hitting 1m. Thank you for creating this awesome experience for us. :) :healthvial: #49433

I didn't care much about the Monster Summer Game until I find out the 100M story a few days ago, and now I know I will remember those crazy days every Steam Summer Sale for years ^-^

Not because of the game itself, but because I'm still amazed at all the work that was done to help people get the badge, and how people gathered and helped each other.

Lots of people got the badge and that was a fun and unusual experience, so even if my room failed at 85M, I don't see all of that as a failure, it did unexpectedly well for me.

At least people can see how far we have gone if you move your cursor over my 1.000.000 badge it actually says the level i really stopped at wich is 84.704.940... All hail Room #49556 (A number that i will never forget) :eh:

I wouldn't be as disappointed if it wasn't for the fact that I left a room that was going incredibly slow only to have it speed up to 100 mil after I left.

Sadly I only learned about this group and the scripts just before the last day of the game, so I had only once chance to get to 100mil. #49372
89mil isn't bad either. Would've easily had the 100mil several times over if we weren't getting nuked from the start.
