i got a copy of it, but i can't create any servers and my menus screwed up.

one time a year ago, i put some source files in my hl2 and randomly in my steam games MKS Testing appeared. i couldn't load any servers though, i'm wondering if anyone else has been able to do this and if so, how? i really want to play this gem with other fellow members.
