The shape of the ebony vessel is almost lost against the setting sun, as its thrusters thrum a dark red, boosting it towards the sky. Staring out from the cockpit window, Inquisitorial Stormtrooper Kyle Morgan rubs his weary eyes as he removes his helmet, pausing only to glance briefly behind his co-pilot seat at the strange group gathered now in the holding area. Three figures sit mutely shadowed by the darkened recesses of the vessel, illuminated ominously by the flickering green landing lights. All of them avoid eye contact with each other, seemingly in their own world, distinctly avoiding eye contact with the fourth... figure lying on the stasis-cot in the middle of the bay.

Kyle turns back to the person beside him, muttering beneath his voice, "Hey, Veber. Who are these guys? What the hell is in that stasis cot?"

Veber frowns as he struggles with the flight controls, pausing briefly to reply, "Search me. Must've been important though, we were given express orders to fetch them rather than take part in the cleansing operations below. Probably some VIPs we needed to extract from danger - not that it helped that poor sod in that cot there. I've done some combat extractions before, Kyle, and let me tell you, that man isn't going to live for more than twenty hours."

Shaking his head, Kyle fiddles with his helmet straps. "I saw it move, before we left. As they carted it in here. It was pointing something at the exit. A finger I think." He sighs and stares out of the cockpit, gazing across fields of burning narcotics, droves of noblemen and commoners alike mowed down by the Inquisitorial Black Divisions. "What a frackin' waste. I hope our masters at least got what they came here for." He shoots a meaningful glance at the passengers.

Veber shrugs and guns the engine, breaking through the thin atmosphere as the spaceship in the viewscreen grows larger and larger. "Well, anything for the loyal servants of the Holy Ordos right?"

Behind them, as the words drift back in the flickering darkness of the holding bay, all three of the seated individuals can't help but smile.
