I'm up for mostly quickplay or arcade, but we can play comp too.

What are some things you would like to see change for competitive mode? What are some things you like about it? Would you like to see some sort of enforced meta?

Personally, I would really like to see them re-work the matchmaking system. I run into a lot of matches where the game is far too one sided due to a stacked team (there have been times where I have been the only one over 100 on my team whereas the other team has multiple players at 200-300+)

Compared to season 1 I think this season has been a major improvement. The ranking system feels more rewarding and you don't feel quite so salty after a loss, but as a support main who did support for my Prelims I did get screwed out of some SR points, so I would really like to see them fix that otherwise they'll keep running into the issue of no one wanting to pick support.

English is my first language so I am fluent. Intermediate in German, minimal in French and Spanish.

3. Do you believe you have good communication skills? If so express.
I believe so. Before I transferred to Culinary Arts I was a Business major in uni which required that I take team building, group communications, and social psychology classes.

4. How does our staff or group benefit from your promotion?
I am full of ideas and I have a lot of moderation/adniminstration experience. I also like to keep as busy as possible so any future projects you may need worked on or if group chat is ever in need of moderation, I will surely dive right into whatever task enthusiastically. I'm also online a good 6-10 hours a day.

5. Do you have any past experience with community work?
-Retired moderator for Girl Gamers steam group
-Retired admin for Casual Mature Gamers CS:GO and source servers as well as forums and steam group.
-Current moderator for We Love Anime steam group.
-Current moderator for Stunning Female Gamers steam group.

6. how knowledgeable are you about overwatch? counters, mechanics etc.
I would consider myself knowlegeable, yes. I am familiar with the ranking system, roles, game modes, maps, news, updates, mechanics, and meta.

7. How active will you be in the group?
As active as possible.

155 hours level 182.
