We recieved 8.83 ref in buyins for the Gold Bill's Lottery, which is less than half the price of buying a new gold painted bill's hat. We will not be continuing the lotteries anymore because the prices are too high for the amount of people entering the lotteries (a possiblity reffered to in this post: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/groups/Lotteries/announcements/detail/1011286769702303453). Hopefully the prices will go down and we can do this again!

Probably couldn't hurt to try offering smaller prizes, too. Might not catch as much interest from people at first, but it does make doing future events much more realistic.

@OiLime I suppose we could... Only because the price of the items has doubled. We thought the amount of people and the ammount of their buyins would be reduced if we did that. (We still think that) Most likely we would have 80% of the cost of the items, I don't know if it's worth it to try another time :/ (I have made nothing and have only continued because it is a cool part of the TF2 community. I've actually lost a bunch)

why not double the buyin to 1 scrap?
