Help Immediatelly
First of all goodmorning my friend and i went to our market and we took 2 paysafe cards the first one was 10 euros and the second was 5 euros. we wanted to purchase the game which is in offer and good price. MY friend made the purchase for him with ten euros paysafe card but he didn't have 4 euros in wallet from the purschase.The balance was 0 and now we have only 5 euros paysafe and he can t gift me the game i wish you ll do something because the offer ends in 6 hours respect our money

This group is for technical support. There isn't anything we can do to help you with payment. If your having problems using the Paysafe card there should be support information on the card. You will need to contact them for help.
