You must fill in the mod application whenever it's open.
Then, if you're picked, you will gain access to the admin password.
The admin rules are on the over view. Play by those rules, be active as possible, be respectful and get to know the other admins and mods.
You might then just get upgraded to admin on the group page.

How to be upgraded to admin?
Do a good job as mod. I'm not giving you direct instructions. You need to figure out what to do by yourself. I'm being really strict with the admin role on the group. It will take a while, considering Vena is rarely on to judge due to schoolwork, I have trust issues and MsKurai hates everyone. Eh, not really, she's just strict about it, which is good. (;

Do not harass the admins or mods about admin and mod. It really stresses us out and annoys us. It's okay to ask how because we'll give you an answer. It's not okay to ask directly for the password.

Admins on the group page may share the password with really good, close and trustworthy friends. Not friends that they met like a few weeks ago. I'm talking about really close friends. However, mods cannot do this.
