LYRG Presents: The First Hat Craft Raffle! It is a kind of raffle where no numbers and luck is used to win!

Howto:
First there will be the usual entry but No one (even the hoster) knows.
After all slots are taken, the host uses 3 Ref to craft a random hat!
Before this ends, the slots are named by Class.
If it ends with a tie (ex. I craft an Itsy Bitsy Spyer, the Sniper and Engi slots will be raffled with no payment)... I will start a tiebreaker round.
