New Leaked Official TF2 Video?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4PIZsGNvNNE

As someone said in the comments:

"I have a feeling this is a leaked video from Valve. Let's look at the facts.
-Professional quality mocap (valve has used mocap for TF2 recently)
-Account was made days ago
-Only video on the account
-The video was posted 1 and a half days after the update launched, but uses both voice lines and has 30 seconds involving content from the update
-Involves spells in the update (fire throwing scout)
-Doesn't look like a final render (lighting, samples, sound, etc)
-Merasmus has flexes
-Custom content"

From the comments in general on Youtube, and on the Major Update Speculation thread on Facepunch (http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1266816&p=42734971&viewfull=1#post42734971) , the theory seems to be that this was a scrapped intro/trailer for this year's Halloween Event.

"too unprofessional"
They used mocap in the video. Mocap doesn't look like that, it looks like Professional equipment. Also, notice how some of the lines scout uses are not even in-game. There's also the soundtrack, unless the guy is an Super Sound Engineer or has access to the original file, it makes it look like it's official scrapped stuff. And last, you see the truck at the start? That was on Meet The Medic. Although some SFM props were leaked, the truck wasn't one, so it's probably Valve made. (Not trying to be Hostile, btw, just showing the facts.)

If it was done by Valve, it would have been voice acted professionally, not lines cut from in-game. Plus it does not look as polished as Valve would make it, they don't give half-effort on these sort of things.

Well as it says in the first post, this looks like it's an incomplete/scrapped one made by Valve. Some of the sounds and stuff are most likely place-holder sounds.

About the place holder lines, they can be seen on the scrapped version of Meet The Medic, as Soldier's seen saying "Don't you die on me." and "Medic!" on the start of it.

You might also note that for the Saxxy Trailer they only used lines from the game so they might not have ordered new lines for this trailer as well.

That's because the Saxxy was a short video. They only seem to have ordered Scout's Mom's Scream, but that's just for the effect, really. But people always use place holder voices/lines from non-voice actor's anyway.
