In case you haven't chosen a config yet, myL4D2 will provide you with default ProMod servers until it's completely outdated or fully reconditioned ! :)

Because the average skill level in mixes is horrendous. One way of fixing it is by imposing a harder config.

Why won't deathrow support "vanilla" promod?

Choose the config wisely. Deathrow does not and will not support vanilla Promod anymore. Only Redtown, which is also available on any other server that has Promod 4.1.1.
