Kvasir International

We're a small gaming community of former World of Warcraft guildies.
We're looking for people to join us in forming a multiplatform community of gamers from Dreamcast Underground online gamers to PC gamers.
The group mostly focuses on PC gaming at this time although this didn't used to be the case, we formed on the original XBOX Live during the era or Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow and HALO 2 although we were not called ''Kvasir Knights/Kvasir'' until more recent years during our time on World of Warcraft.

Our goal is to be, as stated above, multi-platform and we're looking for people to become group leaders and members.
The structure is fairly simple:
At the top you have the group founders (Myself, Skavau [Aka: Skavation] & Maaku)
Below us we want:
Group Leaders, these people will pick a platform (Example: Jim picks XBOX One) and supervise the sub groups which form on them, they will ensure the subgroups maintain the whole group's ethics (No cheating/Hacking... that sort of thing)
Then we want:
Game Leaders, these people will pick a game, or games, which they'd like to set up a branch of the group on and will supervise member activity within online match making or online modes of the game.
Below them we want:
Players, we're looking for pleasant and enthusiastic gamers to join our ranks with opportunities to become a leader or supervisor on your own system of choice or game of choice.

Given our above mentioned system there's plenty of room to expand and recruit people into the group.
We're looking for serious hardcore gamers who want to pair up with other serious hardcore gamers but we're also looking for casual gamers who will not be forced upon hardcore gamers, although we'll do our best to form mixing sessions for all members to play together where possible.

Given our system, please do not think that once someone becomes a 'Group Leader or 'Game Leader' that that particular position will be closed to you, it won't.
We'd like atleast two or three people to supervise games and groups.

How we operate leadership wise:
The founders of the group DO NOT have total and absolute authority!
We had decided on this method back when we first started playing World of Warcraft.
We have instead opted to go the political route and call on votes to make decisions which would affect group members.
If we have an idea we will endevour to make the idea known and to cast a vote on it, we hope that everyone will participate in the voting system as every vote counts.
We fully intend for members to form their own polls, if the member created poll receives enough positive votes we'll enact the user made suggestion.
We want to operate on a democratic system.
The only thing we're not allowing voting on is:
*Group core name changes (The group will remain as Kvasir)
*Leadership (Removal of founders for example)

We are considering votes on group leaders but it might be a little too complicated, especially as we're still very small.

The founders are very fond of games, gaming and gaming culture and we're also happy to have people of similar interests joining our group.

Finally,
I'm, personally, looking to have the group's logo turned onto real life patches both Velcro and Iron on.
I've got a supplier in mind and the patches are pretty good quality.
We will be making the purchasing of the group logo available at some point (I've already got some physical prototypes) and we're also happy for members to create their own design and email it to us.
The member WILL be credited for their work!

We do have requirements for the patches and they are:
*Not to be too complex or detailed as many tailors will simply dismiss them as too hard to make and ask us to forward a more simple design
*Patches MUST have the group name ''Kvasir'' and/or ''Kvasir INT'L'' and/or ''Kvasir International'' within the patch
*Patches can have the designers real name or online handle/name/gamertag
*Designer will have to fund their creation
