After you get to the DOSBOX command prompt, type in "koei" to play in color, their isn't much for sound but it is there during battles.

I'm not an expert but I can help with some of the basics if you have questions, just don't ask about games that aren't released in English yet.

Sorry if the group has been pretty much dead for years, but it was founded before Koei started releasing their games on Steam in English, and with official forums and Discord Servers we have now it became unnecessary, the creator probably feels the same about it.

Check the Store page for the game under the "Packages that include this game" section (they have put them there instead of the actual DLC section).

Does anyone know where to find the RTK 13 power up kit DLC scenarios? I ask because the launcher takes me to the DLC but I don't see anything for the PUK other then events (and the PUK itself).

Look for the settings on the launcher and the last option to the bottom right is english.

I tried Direct X, but it says that system does not support it anymore it is old component for XP and does not work with Windows 10, it simply wount let download to install, i think you are on to somethign though, guess they will fix this problem in few months or so, unless someone who got windows 10 figured it out by now, sigh T_T.

you have to download the optional components for directx 9c like the system requirements said

FIXED IT

Anyone knows how to fix the Sound issue, I think it is a combination of Steam and Windows 10, the first intro movie is with sound but the rest of the game is mute, no music no voice no sound.
My game folder has 13 yellow folders has VOICE and VOICE_JP yellow folders, over all 22 file icons in the game file, yet no sound once the game runs =/.
