As a fan of anime, otome and visual novels I want to recommend to you the Perseverance series - a dark story/horror set in a world overrun by a virus. There is romance (especially in Part: 2), strong emotions and a lot of choices (in Part: 2 there are over 300 decisions)

Has kissanime shut down or something? i'd be pretty upset if it has since it was the only good anime website that didnt tell you to pay to watch good anime and all that shit. i really hope it hasnt been shut down
