Xrithan is visiting the mortal realm for a short period of time.

One may notice more stars in the sky than normal, Hoku has begun making new constellations in the sky to add on to the old ones. He has even make one of himself so during parts of the year the mortals below can see who makes these amazing balls of light in the pitch black sea of space.

Republic of Jotun
The Republic of Jotun has been peacefully building infrastructure within their mountains, under the leadership of King Ymir the Republic has been able to stave off outside threats. King Ymir watches over his ageless subjects carefully, but recently the Republic was visited by the elusive race of the Sicarius from the Ordo Allectus. Met with distrust the Ordo worked hard to try and gain relations with the Republic, though the Republic’s general aversion too Deception and Assassination has made this approach difficult for the Ordo must hide its true identity.

Whilst gains have been made, the relation remains tense as the Storm Giants are not so easily trusting of others, even with friendly overtures being made. However, another mystery hit the tribe when two members of the Storm Giants went missing whilst out in the Mountains, eventually their burnt and half eaten carcasses were found and the Storm Giants roused a hunting party, eventually coming across a mating pair of Hydra’s. Never having faced this foe before they attacked the Hydra’s only to have 3 out of their 8 members savagely killed by powerful flames and poisonous fumes, even when one reached into Melee with the Hydra did he find that Hydra’s possess immense strength and a 4th one fell too a melting flame.

The Storm Giants called upon their Stormraker present who summoned a large storm, the Hydra didn’t move nor show signs of fear even as they were struck by lightning. Eventually more Storm Giants arrived and with the loss of 2 more Giants, a Hydra was slain, only seemingly the Female Hydra leaving likely due to the mating.

Kingdom of Atlantis
The Kingdom of Atlantis has continued under successive leadership of the neutral and isolation House Thero for some years, seeming to continuously win the various elections. However many are noticing a strange political shift that appears to be occurring where House Anaxos seems to be winning far more votes than they were previously, the political shift beginning extensively. This change has started to take place specifically over the past 50 years and have begun to swing far more in favor of the House Anaxos. Slowly but surely the people of Atlantis have begun to become fed up with the isolation, wishing to take their built up strength and expand their borders, especially since as far as they are aware none can oppose them in the seas and the Imperialistic House Anaxos seems to be the one who will achieve this.

Kerotok Imperium
The Kerotok Imperium has been facing tough times for a few centuries now, after having fallen into Civil Chaos the race had managed to fight against their urge to kill each other in anger due to their God; Lydus, demanding that they stop the in fighting and as such, with his word being law too the race, they have stopped. However, they still suffer from their aggressive nature, their anger spilling over, but they have also started to become heavily Empathetic. Growing high levels of care for those that they kill, and feeling a high sense of guilt over many of the deaths they have caused, this has significantly impacted those who have killed members of their own race or their own family during their days they have referred to as “The Troubles”.

This has resulted in a growing number of suicides among the race, usually however this would be offset by there High Fertility, but has mentioned before their High Fertility has been replaced with a High Number of stillborns, meaning their population has been struggling to grow and they find it difficult to maintain an ability to expand when deaths among their people are now a huge loss for their entire nation. The Problems hitting the race have not seemed to let up after they began to leave the Island alone, still afflictions affect the race and they continue to degrade.

Utan Mages have been hard at work still to try and save the Lorcvains, locking them in blacked out buildings so they may feed off the Darkness, but this has simply left the helpless race essentially surviving on borrowed time. The Magic Resistance of the Utan race, hampering them to such a degree that they have began to insult the God of Anti-Magic in the hopes he removes the races Magical Resistance and maybe then, they will be able to save the Lorcvains from extinction.

Dathic Kingdom
King Eltaor has been leading the Dathic Kingdom well for 150 years, however recently his Kingdom has been assisting their allies; Naga Confederation in their war against the First Kingdom of Iziesharei, after a couple months of success the War has begun to take a negative turn. For the Iziesharei unknown to the Dathic Kingdom and the Naga Confederation, are led by a Demigod, the heir to the Kingdom of Iziesharei, son of I’ssuri and the aging King of the Iziesharei nation.

His near Divine powers, training in the Arts of War, Slaughter and Dark Magic have been reaping terrible destruction upon the Naga and the Dathic Kingdom, both being pushed back under his heightened abilities at war. martial and magical prowess. Currently the allies are on the defensive, but the Demi-God cannot be everywhere, wherever he isn’t Wirenethi are raiding his supply lines, attacking his generals and murdering subordinates but still, for all their efforts and manipulation of Nature the allies cannot seem to halt his overwhelming power.

So the allies have fallen back, and the Wirenethi and Tree Kin has set up hundreds if not thousands of traps, manipulating nature, soaking the ground between the two, turning area into swamps, hiding Tree Kin amongst the trees and ambushing. Whilst the Naga poison supplies and water and lure the Iziesharei deeper inside, even with this plan, the Dathic Kingdom believes at best a stalemate can be achieved against this foe. However, members of the Ordo Allectus have made their way into the forest and the Naga allies are more than open to trying these methods.

Ordo Allectus
The Ordo Allectus has been recently able to flourish with many nations requiring their services in some form or another. The Ordo has been able under their Grandmaster to successfully infiltrate the Mir Khern Daral and help form the “Carta”, with recent events unfolding, the Carta has been requesting and buying more and more Assassins from the Ordo Allectus, in a famous event known as the “Seven Days of Death” 10 Assassins from the Ordo Allectus killed 3 Thanes and a number of their family members who were all within the same Hold. They have fed information to the Carta that their spies have gathered to assist them in striking back against the High King, though no contract has been pulled on the High King himself. Though things have not gone perfectly, a number of High Skilled assassins have been slain or captured with the Val Darim loyal to the High King standing firm and vigilant.

They have received a Contract from the Naga to dispatch a certain Heir to the Iziesharei Kingdom. However the most active of all the Ordo recently has been the Master of War and the Master of Combat, when the nation of Dìguó took insult from the Sicarius representative, who they Dìguó believe insulted their Celestial Monarch. They launched an invasion of the Sicarius Island below them, the Ordo Allectus responded with sending their two Council Members and a large force of Assassins, who are highly skilled in combat, launching hit and run raids on the army, assassinating Generals and even raiding towns and villages within side the nation of Dìguó.

Finally the Clans of Atalar has hired the Ordo to Assassinate members of the Puritas Imperii after their brief war against them, many members of the Brutii family have been found dead by their family. Even 4 cousins of the Imperial Fortunatas family have been assassinated as the Clans of Atalar who seek only to cause Chaos withinside the nation.

The Clans of Atalar
Ancalamar has continued his quest for the fabled sword of Apollyon; Oathbreaker. He would face 3 more tests before he would be allowed to search for the sword unimpeded. After finishing his collection of wars, he was confronted by a Guardian of Apollyon, one of his dreaded Harbingers. In Front of many of the Children of Apollyon, Ancalamar was challenged to a fight by the Guardian as part of the test from Apollyon. During the fight the two fought fiercely, though the Harbinger held back as to not simply strike down Ancalamar in one might blow, fighting for almost 30 minutes until the Guardian landed a deep blow on Ancalamar but instead of striking him down, praised him and returned back to the Godly Plain, leaving a wounded Ancalamar alive, but having passed his test.

After this, he would be tested by Salem; Goddess of Deception. One of her Shade Guardians and kidnapped Silea the Doom Queen and played the part of her dead, mutilated body. Ancalmar flew into a rage at first, demanding to know who would slay one of the Children of Apollon, the other Children denied it was them, Ancalamar knew that the Children of Apollyon were not easily slain. Then he began to notice some things were off, he questioned Aklar the Doom Guardian who has been raging since her body was found, and was told that the Bodyguard has barely been gone for 5 minutes when she had died and at her own orders to wait outside. Furthermore, there had been no signs of struggle and she never once made a noise of panic or anger. Ancalamar gritted his teeth and approached the body of Silea the Doom Queen and inspected it fully only then did he notice the lack of a familiar Chaotic Aura, upon this realisation a shroud was lifted from Ancalamar to see the Doom Queen stood before him and congratulated him for realising all was not as it seemed and explaining too him the test. Furthermore she explained that others had also been searching for the sword and that he must make haste.

Finally he set off to find the sword once more, and he would search for decades with a Retinue of 100, he travelled far into the mountains, before after many decades coming across a feeling that he was close, approaching the Cave he would face is final test, a Large Hydra appeared before the Retinue, exiting the cave and unleashed a giant dose of flames incinerating a number of the Retinue instantly. Ancalamar ordered the slaying of the Hydra, Lord Champion Trilakith the Chosen was the first to land a strong blow, after many more in the retinue died, the giant hammer crushed the skull of one of the Hydra heads, still however the Hydra fought and regenerated. Drakonath the Trapped would be nearly mortally wounded as the giant Hydra smashed him aside with its claws, but following this up Grand Sorcerer Darnus the Infernal shattered a Hydra head with a Dark Magic Barrage and used his power to obscure the beasts vision so that the Bestial Champion Shattercrest the Bonebull could hack off another head, but still with two heads it unleashed stone melting flames into the ranks, Ancalamar was severely burned as the Hydra slammed into the Valley side and rocks fell, trapping many of the Children of Apollyon but Ancalamar charged forward the Lord Cultist Shiramar the Reaper, took a severe wound removing the 4th head, distracting the beast for Ancalamar to remove the last head and slay the Hydra finally. Leaving his the Children to free themselves, Ancalamar entered the cave that had been mutated by Chaos Energies and saw the sword but also next to it a spacial portal, the Valley had forced so much magic into this cave and the presence of mass Chaotic Energy had helped open a portal near the sword. As he approached the raised platform, another, hooded figure appeared opposite walking from the other side, both drawn to the sword. Ancalamar would not be denied and rushed to grab the sword, as did the hooded figure, both grabbing the blade at the same time and wrestled for it, neither letting go as they tore into each other. But they both approached the portal as the Children of Apollyon rushed in to see their leader fall through the portal, fighting the hooded figure for the sword. Now, the Children search for their leader, believing him to have eventually won the duel for the sword.

Mir Khern Daral
The infighting has continued among the Val Darim, the Carta has called upon large numbers of the Ordo Allectus and began assassinating members of the Mir Khern Daral who were loyal to the High King. However it began to break out more seriously, with many Thanes and Lords who have struggled to make ends meet and so resorted too the Carta to up their fortunes, declaring support for the Carta and rallying their armies in their hold.

The High King now had a real enemy to fight and marched on the traitors, but the Carta used this to draw out forces and leave the central realms less defended against their infiltration. This continued for nearly 27 years, the High King managed to defeat many rebel lords but this did not stop the Carta, and some lords managed to defend their fortresses even under siege and repel the forces of the High King. However attrition finally took its toll and the High King demanded an end to the War, the Carta themselves were hurting, it had turned into a expensive endeavour in powerful allies and money both being spend in larger numbers than initially expected. So the Carta came with a plan, the Carta would “Let” the High King seem to win, but slink back low.

So the Carta tipped off the High Kings allies too were the “Leaders” of the Carta were hiding out, a large raiding force assaulted it and captured the “Leaders”, imprisoning them not long after the Noble Lord supported surrendered to the High King for pardons and the High King declared the civil strife over. But the Carta was still ever present, and now rebuilding its wealth, rumours are the High King knows this and had ignored it for the sake of his realm.

Voltes would head to visit the mortal plane, visiting his creations the Val Darim.

Perhaps a long time brewing, and perhaps not, much of it unknown except to those who would know the course of such a romance, the two deities, Veriena the Goddess of Pleasure, Beauty and Birth, and Lydus, the God of War, Destruction and Fertility have set to bound in full union with one another, the couple having been not so secret lovers for centuries, clear back when Veriena was first sent to tame Lydus and ended up falling for him during the process.

The union would be a rather private affair in all notes, with very few, if at all deities actually invited, the only one of any note invited would have been Maotel, the Goddess of Fate, and Veriena's sister. No other deities were invited to the union, remaining a rather secluded thing, and only announced after with the offical seal echoing through to those who could find out; having taken place in Veriena's realm.

With this union, the two deites now form a strong bond, stronger than ever before, to the stand the test of time. A perhaps surprising news, with Veriena having largely been silent in the realm of the Gods, only attending to the occasional mortal related over-sight in occasional places, and now this sudden news traveling forth.
