http://kancolle.wikia.com/wiki/Tutorial:_How_to_Register just realized that a lot of our brethren do not have an account yet, I'm an active 海軍中将 Vice Admiral right now I'd be happy to steer whoever wants in on some ship on ship action in the right direction.
