Cobra . There are many pros and many cons too. The reasn they probably dont accept all skins always is to prevent the site from being a dumping ground for $.04 skins

The main con is that there have been multiple times that they havn't followed their own rules about drafting certain games. Also the owner seems quite unable to take criticism and generally seems immature. This isn't too big an issue, but idk i just don't feel like trusting them with my skins.
