It is war. Let the record be know that they have violated the South Amercian Dotrine and I have given them plently of time to stop colonization and to leave South America, now they have less than 5 hours to do that or it will be war called by Peru. This act of war will be a defensive war for Peru who will defend the Doctine, if the Netherlands does not leave they will be known as the agressor.
