Please pray for my housing situation to improve and for my heart to listen to the lord. I am pretty concerned with what gods plan for my life is in the near future. I would guess it is stress and you need to find a healthy way to release that stress. Perhaps a walk? Working out? Something healthy.

i do many weight workout, and sometimes i get the attacks trough the stress from the weightlifting ? hmm :/

I am not sure anyone here can diagnose your problem. It's pretty tough online even if someone was a therapist. I do recommend you continue to pray and read your Bible and trust God for healing in this.
