God loves you SOOOOOOOOOO much He sent His only Son to in our place for sin. Jesus came and died and rose again conquering sin. He did it all so we could have a Restored Relationship with Him!!! He doesnt want anyone to perish and go to Hell. So He came to die in our place. but not everyone accepts this free undeserving Love that Jesus offers. So by not accepting Him we are condeming ourselves to eternal punishment in hell. Jesus Saves!!!! Accept His salvation and FOLLOW HIM <3 Best decision of your life and and to know you are eternally secure in Him amazing Grace :)

This phrase sends a shiver down my spine, when I die, is my soul disintigrated into a pool of ignorance? Do I go to heaven? Will I just be forgotten asnothing but a rotting corpse, or will I be a free spirit?

Your soul goes to sleep and awaits the judgment. If you are saved then you will be judged during the rapture. If you are unsaved then you will be judged 1000 years after the rapture on judgment day. Those who take part in the first resurrection and judgment, the second judgment has no power over them, they are safe. Those who take part in the second resurrection during judgment day however, they will be burned up, consumed like lambs fat in the fire, destroyed by God in the lake of fire.

But until the judgments, the souls will sleep, they go neither up nor down. They sleep.
