In one of the episodes of TopGear JeremyC123 (TopLAD) Put a cat on top of a grannymobile and it fell off. a copper asked: 'what was the cats name?' Jezza replied: 'Dead'. Then proceeded to over do his mint werdage with: 'Ex Cat' and that is the story of the abbreviation.
