Universal Studios has recently announced that the release date of the live action reimagening of Hasbro's classic cartoon series Jem and the Holograms will be released to theatres on the 23rd of October, 2015. This news of the release date has squashed fears that much like producer Jason Blum and his studio, Blumhouse Productions' other recent projects, the Jem and the Holgrams movie might never get released.
