My apologies for the delay in posting this thread.

I will be leaving Ignition Racing in the coming days, and fully commit to start anew with a brand new racing community created by Vitesse, myself, and others.

Reasons for the switch should not come as a surprise. First, read Vitesse's opinion on the matter. Everything he mentioned is true. Getting stuff done or trying to expand IR, required pulling strings and nonstop arguing. Having unnecessary stress from this, why would I want to continue fighting it?

Almost a year since IR was founded, and whlie we've made some progress, it's nowhere near where I wanted to be. Yes, I'm saying I because I created Grid Autosport Racers. I helped gather everyone you now know together and later helped create IR. However, neither group fulfilled my true ambitions. If you guys are happy with the 4-5 people who show up at your events (which happen to feel more like a local friend invites than anything), that is absolutely 100% fine. But I want to be around others who want 20+ showing up, a true large worldwide community gathering. Especially with Drewuniverse now gone (yeah, unless you were like Party and messaged him privately, it tells a lot that no one besides me bothered to write anything in his goodbye thread), I don't see IR progressing any further. I'd be in denial to think otherwise.

Whether I remain friends with y'all, that's up to you guys. We're adults here and I expect (most) of you to act as such, realize this doesn't have to be the end of the world, and no further hate or stress has to come from this. Again, I am sorry I couldn't provide a better heads-up, but here it is now. For those who remain in Ignition Racing, I wish you guys luck.
