The first Grid Autosport event is on tomorrow at 19:00 UTC!

We're starting with some famous tracks on the classic Touring Category B.

I'll be using our Discord server[discord.gg] as the primary way of communication, especially during races. You don't have to join to participate in races, but it'll be much more convenient and hopefully we'll have a fun and active chat!

The lead-in events are starting up next week!

Event 1: Touring - July 20th
We're using Category B and a selection of well known tracks.

There's been a bunch of updates on the upcoming game, but one of them unfortunately is bad news – the game is delayed almost a month, to October 12th. Still, the plan is to lead with Autosport event right up to release and kick it off right away, so stay tuned!

You might have noticed already, but so you know:
I'm starting up the Grid Autosport events to lead into Grid 2019
We're starting with a Touring Cat B event on the (EU) evening of July 19th
And following it up with a tight supercar battle on the streets the week after.
Sign up in the event comments and join the chat or message me to get in.
Let's start getting the band back together, as well as see some new faces!
If it goes well, the plan is to keep this going right up until the Grid 2019 release!

This is a reminder that doesn't have much to do with anything except the steam sale being racing themed
Expect a lot of these emotes in all announcements from now on
GRID has a release date now FYI, September 13 for normal edition and 10 for deluxe
I'll post an event for both of those dates closer to the launch
Also expect some Autosport around then
