ive just been doing 10 lap races against 1 AI, set it to 6.30 pm and dueled it out, its great racing one on one through the shadows and into the sunlight

im in, love the 599, someone set up a discussion room, good idea focusing on 1 track 1 car combo per week

I have a decent lap down on most of the tracks now. I'm finding myself quite competitive on a few tracks but man alive I am missing something big on Monza. Come to think of it I've always been slow at that track. There must be a few turns that I just take way too slowly and can't see the faster line. Can't wait until I can race your ghosts to see which turns it is.

im finding i can take a lot of kurb at monza, im starting to push the limits of the kurbs at the chiccanes and i havent had a pen yet, im keeping two wheels over the track line but you sure can find time through there, especially through Ascari

fair point, i had to make changes to keep up with paul H, we got this little battle going on that i have to admit is getting out of hand...stop it paul, but your right wedge, for the sake of fairness and knowing where we our with our times we should keep it stock..good point, i will delete my monza times and do my tweaking in private practice

i have terrible trouble with mods and trying to get them to work, usually get my nephew to do it for me, i got him to do the senna skin pack for the tituus last time he was here, if you know your stuff and could talk me through it id love to learn how to download mods with confidence

ok so with the competition heating up ive just started making some tweaks, ive been scared off doing this as on iracing whatever i do only makes me slower, ive only changed things up at monza 66 and modern because its just obvious we need less drag and downforce, i took the rear wing down a few clicks, put the tire pressures up a few clicks and opened up the gearbox to a longer overall ratio, i just improved my lap times by full seconds on each track after only a few laps, its faster but loose in the corners, but it works, i was thinking of dumping my fuel but then thats not gonna help me come racetime. im starting to make sense of the set up guides now and the box information is self explanitory, i wouldnt know where to start with a track like imola but im starting to get it

Seriously... I gave a go with most of the tracks. And after a while I quit and went to do some F1 2013. Did a 100% Silverstone race, and then came back. I just couldn't accept loosing :P I'm pretty slow and didn't put a lot of laps in since I had to go, but man! This is an enormous amount of fun!!!!!!

bin the arcade racers and stick with this jarvis, this is the real deal, playing codie's f1 is like playing with toys
