OVER House Paragon

The Exiled House of Paragon

House Paragon was a noble House, although with no lands. House Paragon has its origins in the Green Knight, Lord Caster Paragon, who adorned their sigil. The Green Knight participated in a tournament celebrating King Silas' successful conquest, and his skill in combat was unmatched. The Knight won the tournament, and was granted a lordship and a land by King Silas, although the promise of land was uncertain, as all lands were currently occupied. Thus King Silas promised the Green Knight and his House a plot of land the moment it was available.

When Silas died and Flanch ascended to the Throne, this promise was neglected. The Green Knight constantly sent letters to King Flanch reminding him of his father's promise, yet King Flanch failed to respond. Thus when House Owain declared secession, House Paragon flocked over to them with the promise of land by the former. However, the Green Knight Caster died of disease before the full mustering of their forces were complete; thus his son Ajax continued in his stead.

Eventually House Paragon's forces were crushed during the Battle of Landshut. Ajax fled to foreign lands, yet to return one day. Ultimately, House Paragon's words, "For the Kingdom" ended up being very ironic.
