Rules/Precedents of the House Clare

1. A member bearing the blood of a Clare may never harm a man bearing a Straw Hat upon his head.

2. A Clare may not harm citizens or unarmed men unless they pose a threat upon them first.

3. Your weapon is your life. If you forefit your weapon you forefit your life.

4. One may not brag or preach in our name. Those who do are to be silenced.

5. The leader of our clan must be the first born son of the former leader or the oldest male child within the clan.

6. You are to aid those of your blood. You are to put them before all else.

7. All male children are to learn how to fight,hunt, farm, fish, and be shown leadership skills. All female members are to learn how to sew, care for a child, clean the household, and cook.

8. One may only join our family through birth, marriage, adoption, or on a higher authority's direct word.

9. A Clare may not kill those of the same blood.

10. Any violation of the rules or commands, written or unwritten, will result in harsh punishment and made an example out of.
