If you blame your crappy playing on a bad computer or a hacker then this is the group for you. I believe every thing you say and that every one is a hacker. Who cares if they are good, they still hack. Who cares if they have a 5 digit steam id, they still hack. If you're 0-22 it must be your computer and not your skill.
