The Bank is a way for all of us to keep extra materials, such as scrap and weapons, in a place where we can all use them. The Bank will be an account that only the Leader and the Officers will know the password to. Therefore, when you want to deposit and withdraw items from the bank, you must contact an Officer or the Leader. To make sure that we don't abuse the bank, a set of guidelines will be put into place for using it, namely, a point system.

Points are gained and lost by depositing and withdrawing items from the bank, respectively.
A weapon is worth 1 pt
A scrap is worth 2 pts
A cosmetic is worth the amount of refined it is worth on backpack.tf multiplied by 54
Miscellaneous items that do not fall into the above categories will have a point value determined by whoever is making the trade on the Bank's side, with the approval of one or more Moderators besides themself.

As well as the basic point system, each rank starts with a different base point fund.
If you are a member, you have a base fund of 0 pts
If you are a moderator, you have a base fund of 5 pts
If you are an officer, you have a base fund of 10 pts
If you are a leader, you have a base fund of 20 pts

For example, member A has ten points by depositing 5 scrap. He is moved to moderator for doing well, so now he has 15 points, 10 for depositing and 5 for being a moderator. If he wants to withdraw, he can withdraw 15 points worth of items, such as 15 weapons or 9 weapons and 2 reclaimes metal.
