As a GSP we see game hosting comparison websites come and go. Most are biased and made by a GSP themselves to help boost sales or in other cases to get a percentage of sales/commission. Every once in a while a really good one comes along and as a GSP you hope it’s truly legitimate. This brings me to why you’re reading this right now. The site in question is called Compare Game Hosting. Recently we noticed some hits coming from this website and upon investigating we found a really nice comparison website, or least we thought we did. Digging deeper we noticed it didn’t have a lot of our features listed; when I say features I’m talking about "Host Badges". These consist of the following: (24 Hour Support), (Control Panel), (Trusted Host), (Live Chat), and (Discounts Available) as well as DDOS protection. Of course we wanted our listing to be as accurate as possible so we sent the following email with our information.

Below are the following areas that need to be improved upon.

We do have 24/7 technical support and most tickets are answered within a 15 minute window. We have live sales chat available from 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday and 9am to 1pm EST on Saturdays. We utilize the TCAdmin v2 control panel on all of our servers and offer de-branding as well as team pay and an affiliates program.

I’d also like to point out that all of our servers are built in house, consist of the best hardware available, and are thoroughly stress tested before being sent to the datacenter. Because of this we don't always have the lowest prices but we guarantee to be the best bang for your buck in terms of speed, reliability, and consistency. I was simply trying to get our features and badges updated to reflect the services we actually provide. Can you please tell me why you have dismissed my request and why you wish to remove our listing? I have been nothing but courteous and respectful and would expect to be treated the same. I hope we can resolve this matter and get our listing updated as soon as possible. I look forward to your reply.

The reason why we are exposing this following communication to the gaming community is to let them know to take these reviews with a grain of salt as we believe that this is yet another biased comparison site and will soon fade just like all of the others.
P.S. We have not heard back from this site since our last email and it was over one week ago.
