2.Speak English well enough
3.If two or more members quarrels, the quarrel will be solved with combat instead of having the danger of them inflicting the quarrels onto other members. For example: If 2 people has started quarreling they shall have 3 rounds of 1v1 where the one with the most wins win the arguement and the looser have to admit the winner is right.
4.Dont spam to go to war all the time. There will be enough wars for everyone.
5.Dont insult others in global
6.Dont insult other members
