I cant think of anything this late at night but i would suggest doing something with trade servers seeing as they are the more strict servers on TF2

Troll Resistance and Liberation, its a SDK mod which is free and micspam is easy to do.

There's a bug on TF2 currently where you can go into a civilian engie pose. Get like 6 people to join one team and all do that and stand in a hunch repeating "Gottam" over and over and over...

I did it with a few friends, the reactions were hysterical.
