Malachite vs Cthulhu - Who would win?

Both of these characters have alot of similarities, and due to death battle logic, that means they must fight because the plot demands it, also it would be cool af.
1)Both are giant
2)Both reside underwater
3)Both are OP af
4)Both are green-ish

5)Both are technically aliens (AYY LMAO)
7)Both are Eldritch (weird looking and sinister)
8)Both are evil
9)Both are cooler than Aquaman (which can basically be said for anyone, even spongebob)
10)Both of their names start with a consonent
11)Both of their names end with a vowel (illuminati confirmed)
12)Both have wings (to some extent)
13)Both are involved with fandoms
14)Both are in the ocean which makes them salty

15)Both are etc.
So who do you guys think would win in a fight, Cthulhu

or Malachite

???

Well, Cthulu isn't unstable and liable to suddenly split in two, so I'm going to have to say Cthulu. But in terms of just plain badassness, Malachite is my winner.

Also, I didn't know about those emoticons...that's cool

You gotta have the dorito shaped gem emoticons :)
And technically cthulhu is asleep most of the time which isnt that badass, so i guess thats a fair point.
