-No re-funds on raffles unless told other wise
-For a raffle to finish, all slots must be full
-Do not disrespect each other
-Slots on a raffle can not be increased

Rules for Mods/Admins:
1) Host 1 raffle at a time
2) Delete your previous announcements when bumping a raffle
3) Bump raffles every 2 hours
