TF2 Patched, Includes Item Discard

Team Fortress 2 received another major patch in response to player concerns since the Spy vs. Sniper update. This time, a discard button has been added so that players can reject a newly found item if they've already got one (or more). Since the suitcase inventory system is limited and it doesn't look like item trading will be implemented until the next major update and achievement pack, this is a good band-aid for those who are getting flooded with duplicates.

Other changes include a 10% damage increase to the Scout's Force-A-Nature, Pyros being able to deflect Huntsman arrows like other projectiles, Spies being able to sap enemy building even if an enemy is touching them and also being able to use the Dead Ringer even while carrying the flag.

Half-Life 2 Curse Mod

For those of you who are unaware or can’t extrapolate information from text easily, Curse is a single player modification set in Egypt wherein you must unlock several gates and solve puzzles... Oh, and kill mummies. This is more than just de_dust with poorly reskinned Half-Life 2 zombies and some Portal-esq brain teasers thrown in for good measure, it’s a unique adventure game that makes you think.

The game itself is pretty simple. You start off in a Necropolis (a large burial site, i.e. the burial complex as Giza) and have to find your way out, but it’s not as easy as pushing a stone and having a wall move. Necropolis is full of magic gates and puzzles that you, the player, must solve and get through while avoiding booby traps, mages, and pissed off mummies who don’t appreciate their sacred temple being trampled on. Think of Doom with its multi-colored key cards and you’ll get at least a vague clue to what I mean.
