I just wanna point out that Kaneki seems to be becoming Arima Kishou. The glasses, the hair maybe inverted but simular and he also is a "Reaper" of the CCG.

His hair returning to Black could be simbolic of how he lost his innocence again, white is usualy a symbol of purity and if you look at Sasaki's hair it seems to have black be hidden between white, Sasaki is purity, the original black haired version whilst when he returns to black hair his purity becomes tainted by who he was.
