Hello and welcome to Game x the Ultimate game clan.

We are a group of gamers, this group is a place to relax and talk about games any help you need just ask some of the admins or your fellow members for help. Here at Game X we will update the page with information about games and help for you.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Skyrim

Well... Who didn't see this one coming?

On 11/11/11 Bethesda Softworks released Skyrim, a much anticipated game.
Being a Bethesda game it's filled with wacky physics and minor bugs that make you crack a smile. However... sometimes it does go wrong.

This Elder Scrolls game takes place in the northern region of Tamriel, Skyrim!
Tamriel is the continent in which the Elder Scrolls takes place.
The northern province of Tamriel is a cold place inhabited mostly by the Nords (The province's locals).

The story of the game is good, but short. *SPOILER* You kill dragons */SPOILER*
The short story compensated by the massive amounts of sidequest available.
Every guild has his own questline of reasonable length.
There are also random encounters.

So, is this game worth the money?
If you like RPG-styled games, Yes.
If you're not much of an RPG fan you might still want to try it.

Awnser: Yes

So, what platform?
My personal suggestion would be PC, not just because I'm a PC player but because it's a Bethesda game. Bethesda game tend to have glitches. On XBOX 360 or PS3 you're kinda screwed when a game breaking glitch occurs, on PC you can open up your console and look up a few commands on the interwebs en voila, quest fixed.
PC also has modding, which is a big thing for Skyrim.
There are alot of mods available already and there is a Skyrim Online mod in the making!

I enjoy this game alot and can definetly recommend this for PC.
I can't say anything about the console versions because I have not played them.

So The Elder Scrolls IV: Skyrim is all-in-all a good game. Fun to play, and long if you're doing alot of sidequest.

If you're doubting to get this game, I hope this helped you make a decision.

Onimusha Warlords

Hello, and today, I speak of you of Onimusha Warlords, a PS2 game, and one of the earliest. Set in feudal Japan, you play as Samanosuke in a demon infested palace. But is it a good game?

The game starts after Samanosuke, a noble samurai, recieves a letter from Princess Yuki, saying people that work in the Castle have been dissapearing. The cause of such is simple: demons. As Samanosuke, you have to save the princess and kill the demons... original- But then, it's a capcom game, so what do you expect?

Speaking of Capcom, this game is very similar to Resident Evil... but with swords. Because of this, you move with the D-pad, and you "aim" with the R1 button. And... that's pretty much it about the gameplay. You attack with swords, and try not to die from enemy attacks. So the whole game is melee-based. The only difference is that you can use magic attacks in the game, but those are limited.

Once more, the graphics are another thing similar to Resident Evil: while characters and monsters are 3-d models, the backgrounds are just still pictures, which is rather strange, but passable.

Final Veredict:
While the game is good, it suffers of the Resident Evil disease, in which the game is a mix of good and bad, but having rather strange controls, but good gameplay, and a rather "meh" story. The game is still a blast despite anykind of issues, and if you get a chance, you should play it.

Score: 7.5/10
