Queen Serena Stark has finally named the Three new lords of the Sister. The Lords are all Northmen born and bred and loyal to the Crown. As a reward for Capturing the Islands quickly, Lord Morys Manderly would be offered for his brother, Matthew Manderly to be named Lord of Longsister, should he accept thus creating a cadet branch. House Mollen would be named Lords of Little Sister, House Poole Lords of Sweet Sister and House Waterman would be named Lords of Sisterton and Highlord of the Three Sisters.

Following the Queens naming she would commissioned the building of 4 Strong Castles to hold the Islands as the steady stream of Northerners move onto the mostly ruined Islands. Though it will take time to repair and build these castles, the North's local proximity Reassures the islanders. The Queen would send a rotation of her own men, 300 on each Island for a few months before returning home to keep the Islands safe. As Well as arming any of the fighting ages Northerners who moved there, who don't already have weapons. This would allow House Manderly should they choose too, to bring their own men home permanently, though a small portion of the fleet will be needed to transport the men over, until the Islands have their own small Navy again.
