History of the Free Ugandan Army

Many tales speak of what happened at the Battle of Tumbu, some say it was a miracle, some say it was a curse but none of these tales speak the real history behind this battle.

It was a hot afternoon and trouble was brewing at the bridge of Tumbu, the two opposing tribes of the land were feuding over who owned the bridge. The Wangari’s were not happy with the Famu’s claims so they raised arms. There was a bloody battle and many lives were lost. In the end of all the bloodshed the Famu’s were victorious, they decided to have a defence force and thus The Free Ugandan Army was born.
