How do i become eligable to win an item?

All you need to do to become eligable is either to,
Invite 10 friends to join, and if they join, you get one raffle ticket.
OR
trade offer me a key, and you can get a raffle ticket.

Raffles will happen when we reach the following milestones:

10 members ---> DHW VP Holo sticker x2
20 members ---> DHW 2014 Nip Holo Sticker x2
100 members ---> AWP Graphite (MW)
200 members ---> M4A1-S Cyrex (FT)
300 members ---> M4A1-S Cyrex (MW)
450+ members ---> TBD

How i determine winners:

I generate 5 random numbers with Random.org, and then i find the mean of the 5 numbers, the final number will be the winner :]
OR
I simply generate 1 number. lol.
