Ghost's Giveaway Simple Rule System

1.Only everyone steam users allowed
2.Contributor Value must me above $30.00
3.All STEAM games allowed : Bundle/Non-Bundle
4.If you giveaway Key/Gift Region Locked > KICK
5.Users have 30 days to create there FIRST giveaway and please post it in the discussion forums for other users to see
6.Giveaways MUST be open for at least 48hours allowing everyone time to join them
6.Max 20 people for now :)
7.If you no have key > claimed from Playblink or buy
